Traveling with my daughter and three young grandchildren I put the wrong blue diesel fuel in our hired camper and our holiday turned into a major stressful holiday. Onsite Services was recommended to us by AA breakdown services, after AA informed me, that my AA plus membership didn’t cover the breakdown overweight vehicle we had hired or any mechanical work needed to get us back to Auckland. Sales Manager Carl drove to where we had broken down, took me back to the office and provided us with a courtesy car to use over the weekend. Then Rachel their office extraordinaire, contacted AA on our behalf to discuss what I was entitled to i.e. broken down 100kms from home the AA plus member is entitled to a vehicle to get us home and or accommodation for up to 3 days. Unbeknownst to me, Bill who is the head mechanic and previous owner had magically advocated for us to have the towage and storage costs covered by AA, who in turn will on charge the awful, extremely unhelpful camper insurance company. After explaining to Bill the issues we are having with this awful camper insurance company, he suggested we contact our personal insurance company - and it turns out my daughters insurance company will help us. We met the owners of Onsite Jason (and Jenny) via phone then in person on Monday and the warmth and kindness we received from Onsite team of Angels who we will never ever forget.
